What do customers like best about sendoso?
-Sendoso takes all of the manual labor and room for error out of direct mail campaigns.
- In addition to a plethora of fun options for e-gift cards and physical gifts, they make it easy to weave in customization and personalization into every single send for Marketing, Sales and Customer Sucess.
-Measuring success through their integration with Salesforce is seamless.
- Their customer support team feels like an extension of mine.
What do you dislike?
Some of the setup for more complicated sends can be confusing, but they continue to evolve their product to make it intuitive. And if I ever have a question, it's immediately answered by their customer support, or my CSM. There are very few things I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-Nowadays, it's tough to stand out in marketing and sales. Sendoso makes it easy to send truly bespoke gifts, which helps us drive pipeline.
-They take all of the hassle out shipping, handling, tracking, and sourcing unique gifts.
-Sometimes, it can be hard to come up with creative ideas, and they help with the curation process.
Also Sendoso is a great platform. It's easy to use, you can send bulk messaging, send through their platform, or embed links within your own emails. I also like that I can "force" the client to book a meeting to earn the reward. Here's the thing, it has to be used in the right setting and for the right reward. If you use this strategically, you can really help incentivize prospects or clients to act (whether it be a review, prospect meeting, annual customer service meeting, etc). If you're blasting for a last ditch effort, it might be time to rethink your strategy.
